The Manor is a full service recording studio specializing in vintage analog, live recording set in an idyllic countryside setting just outside of downtown Dallas, TX.  It offers a stress-free environment with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, maximizing your musical performance and creativity.

The Manor is unusual in that it specializes in recording in the traditional, old-fashioned way. The engineer uses tried and trusted techniques that date back many years and that were once commonplace at all recording studios.

Some of the machinery in use at The Manor also dates back a few decades. The tape deck is is the classic MCI JH110a model. The recording format in use is 8-track on one-inch tape, considered state of the art in 1970.

One inch 8 track and also two inch 16 track recorders, arguably the finest sounding analog recording formats ever manufactured for commercial sale. these two formats can record and playback with fidelity unsurpassed by any other equipment, analog or digital, at any price.
